CIGES is a dynamic and rapidly growing company responsible for the main players in health in the canton of Neuchâtel (ANEMPA, AROSS, CNP, NOMAD, and RHNe). CIGES also provides support to other health actors to meet the needs of a sector that is growing, particularly thanks to technology. With the emergence of eHealth and the availability of new tools for healthcare professionals, we offer exciting challenges, as well as rewarding work close to the Health Systems Pole, which is responsible for enhancing health network data, both for supporting the quality of care and for the medico-economic management of institutions in the system. We are looking for a DEVELOPER 80% (M/F).YOUR MISSIONAs part of the health system in the canton of Neuchâtel, you contribute to the transition from a historically EAI-based architecture to an API-oriented architecture. You participate in the design and implementation of new exchange models to enhance interoperability within the health network, improve the fluidity of clinical workflows, and ensure secure, standardized, and efficient exchanges.PROFILEHolder of a degree in IT or related field (University, HES, or equivalent) or deemed equivalent experience. Mastery of Java and good knowledge in API development and Web services (REST, JSON, SOAP, XML). Good understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles and API-first approach. Experience with DevOps tools (Git, GitLab, Maven, Nexus, CI/CD). Experience with Middleware/ESB solutions (e.g., WSO2, Mirth Connect) and API Management tools. Knowledge of interoperability standards in the health domain (IHE, HL7 v2/v3, FHIR). Sensitivity to security requirements and mastery of security protocols (OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect).YOUR PERSONAL SKILLSAnalytical mind and ability to synthesize.
