Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced Integrated Supply Program Manager to join a well-established organisation operating across multiple UK manufacturing sites.

Based in Warrington, this is a multi-site role requiring regular UK travel between customer locations. Flexibility and a willingness to travel are essential.

You will play a key role in delivering service excellence, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and identifying cost reduction opportunities that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage integrated supply programmes across multiple UK manufacturing sites, ensuring all contractual requirements and service deliverables are achieved.
  • Travel regularly between customer sites to support operations, maintain relationships, and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Oversee engineering, maintenance, and factory consumables storerooms, ensuring effective inventory management and material handling processes.
  • Identify and deliver Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) savings through cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Lead projects from planning through to successful implementation, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are achieved.
  • Act as the key customer contact for operational support, relationship management, and issue resolution.
  • Produce programme performance reports and lead customer review meetings.
  • Coach and develop operational teams while promoting excellent Health & Safety standards.
Requirements
  • Integrated supply programmes, engineering stores, MRO operations, supply chain operations, or manufacturing support functions.
  • Proven track record of delivering cost reduction programmes and implementing Total Cost of Ownership improvements.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience improving operational efficiency and driving continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of engineering consumables, inventory management, procurement processes, and supply chain operations.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical ability with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience within aerospace manufacturing is advantageous but not essential.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively between customer sites.
