Integrated Management Systems & Audit Lead

Northrop Grumman UK is seeking a Management Systems and Audit Manager to lead governance, compliance and assurance across the business. You will maintain the Integrated Management System and oversee ISO certification efforts, while delivering a three-year risk-based audit programme to drive continuous improvement.

You will manage a specialist team, engage with stakeholders at all levels, and support the organisation's mission with robust risk management and regulatory compliance.
