Intake & Safety Practitioner - Family Services

Family Life seeks an Orange Door Practitioner in Hastings. This full-time, permanent role focuses on intake and assessment, identifying risk and safety concerns, and linking clients to appropriate services. The position may require work at other sites as PD dictates.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage a complex workload, ensure privacy compliance, and provide responsive services via phone, on-site, or outreach as needed.
