About the Role
An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Technician to join a growing insurance team in Manchester. This is a full-time, permanent role suited to someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a keen interest in developing a career within the insurance sector.

You'll be joining a vibrant, supportive team environment where you will receive full training and ongoing development. The role offers the chance to build a strong technical foundation in insurance operations, while contributing to the smooth delivery of services for a wide range of clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input and maintain accurate insurance data across internal systems

  • Arrange payments to London Market insurers in line with agreed processes

  • Create and issue invoices

  • Ensure records and documentation are completed to a high standard

  • Liaise with colleagues and stakeholders to support smooth operational delivery

  • Learn and apply insurance processes and best practices through on-the-job training

Candidate Requirements

Essential

  • Minimum of 3 A Levels (or equivalent in any subject)

  • GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, Grade 4/C or above

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage own workload

  • Proactive and detail-focused approach

Desirable

  • Previous administrative or data entry experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • A genuine interest in pursuing a career within insurance or financial services
