Insurance (Non-Contentious) Lawyer (2+ years')

A leading international firm seeking a Non-Contentious Insurance Lawyer to join its growing Insurance team in Edinburgh.

The role will involve:

• Advising on a range of non-contentious insurance and regulatory matters
• Supporting transactional and advisory work across the insurance sector
• Drafting and negotiating commercial, distribution and outsourcing agreements
• Advising on insurance-related regulatory issues
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across regulatory, corporate and financial services teams
• Building strong client relationships and contributing to wider team initiatives

The team and work:

• A well-established insurance practice with a strong market reputation
• A mix of advisory and transactional work
• Exposure to a broad client base across the insurance and financial services sector
• Opportunities to work closely with colleagues in other specialist teams

Skills required:

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE (flexibility on level)
• Experience in insurance, financial services, regulatory or related commercial work
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Commercially aware and client-focused
• A collaborative team player with an interest in developing their practice
