Insurance Financial Controller - Growth & Compliance Leader

Office Angels is recruiting a Financial Controller in Essex to lead the day-to-day finance function, collaborating with the Finance Director and key stakeholders to shape financial strategy across the group.

You will produce monthly management accounts, consolidate group reporting, liaise with auditors, and drive forecasting, budgeting, and risk assessment while ensuring FCA compliance and leading a growing finance team.
