What you'll do:

• Lead audit engagements from planning to finalreporting, ensuring high standards and meeting deadlines. Do youenjoy seeing a project through from start to finish?
• Build strong, collaborative client relationships anddeliver tailored, exceptional service. Do you thrive on creatingconnections and making a difference for your clients?
• Manage stakeholder relationships and work closely withsenior staff, including Partners. Are you ready to influence andshape the direction of key engagements?
• Oversee and coach your audit team-do you love mentoringand helping others reach their potential?

What you'll bring:

• ACA/CA/ACCA (or equivalent)qualification.
• Experience as an AuditAssistant Manager or Manager, ideally within insurance.
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP/FRS102 and IFRS.
• Proven ability to manage audits, client portfolios, andteams-are you ready to lead with confidence and empathy?
