Are you a practical, organised and safety focused technician with a passion for supporting learners to achieve their best? We are looking for an
Instructor- Construction & Building Services to join our team and play a vital role in supporting high quality practical teaching and learning across our Construction provision.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in well equipped workshops, supporting staff and students across a range of levels and helping learners develop the skills they need for successful careers in the construction industry.
The successful candidate will be required to:- To manage the workshops through liaison with the lecturer and Curriculum Manager to ensure they are equipped and ready for planned practical sessions
- To support students in the workshops and whilst on self-directed study, both in the presence and absence of the tutor
- To provide a clean, tidy welcoming learning environment for Construction & Building Services learners
- To ensure that students are abiding by the College Code of Conduct and their behaviour is appropriate
