Digital Skills are working with a leading media and technology company, based in Canary Warf, London. The client have a number of Digital Products and services that they sell and need help in putting together Training material and courses for teams that will both sell and use the software.

Required

Education/Instructional Designer with experience in designing methodologies for eLearning programs. Working with corporate sales and software product teams in order to produce training material for internal sales and partner client teams. You will be an expert user of Articulate and other eLearning tools; highly experienced in producing training content.

This role will suit an experienced, creative, and forward-thinking learning professional who can produce a curriculum and content to support our Partner Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional design and content writing for eLearning tools and certification exams
• Research existing course materials to support the development of new and up-to-date training materials
• Conduct learning needs analysis for training materials
• Develop content structure, courses, and objectives
• Produce assessment questions in order to validate knowledge

Qualifications/experience

We require candidates who have in depth knowledge and/or certification in:

• MA degree in Instructional Design or Educational Technology
• Experience with corporate sales and software product training
• Advanced knowledge of Articulate Storyline
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent visual design skills and the ability to storyboard

This is a long term contract of 9 months and is an Inside IR35 role

The company are based in Canary Wharf and you will required on site weekly, so must live within an easy commute.
