Inside IR35 - Rate up to £500 per day

My client is a household name in events and Media.
They are looking for an experienced & passionate Instructional Designer to join their successful and
growing team to help design and develop self-faced eLearning programs.

My client is looking for an experienced, creative, and forward-thinking learning professional to design and develop training curriculum and content to support their Training Program.

Responsibilities;

Participate in curriculum design, instructional design, content writing and course development of self-faced/on-demand eLearning and certification exams
Researches and conducts content assessment of existing course materials
Conduct learning needs analysis, curriculum mapping, design, writing, development, testing, implementation and evaluation of all training materials
Design and develop cutting edge, graphically rich, engaging learning materials
Understand content structure and how curriculums, courses, modules, learning objectives and assessment questions are designed to transfer and validate knowledge
Works closely with subject matter experts
Work closely with instructional designers, project leads, and key stakeholders to assess training content needs and deliver high-quality training and certification programs

Qualifications/You;

BS or MA degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or similar
10+ years of Instructional Design experience
Experience with corporate sales and/or software product training or similar industry preferable
Advanced knowledge of multimedia authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, WellSaid Labs, and other digital learning authoring tools
Demonstrated knowledge of applied adult learning theory, instructional design, and learning management systems
Ability to design or create dynamic and engaging content that incorporates both design elements and effective learning principles for an optimum learning experience
Strong project management skills and able to successfully multi-task, set priorities, and meet timelines
Strong interpersonal skills including proven ability to collaborate with teams and individuals at all organizational levels
Visual design skills and the ability to storyboard and write sound training curriculum
