Lead Industrial Door Engineer Based in Wellingborough Nationwide Travel £30,000 basic + productivity bonus (OTE £45,000-£50,000) Monday-Friday 40 hours per week No Call-Outs

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Industrial Door Engineer to join our growing installations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled engineer looking for strong earning potential, no on-call rota, and a genuine work-life balance.

As Lead Engineer, you will take responsibility for managing installations from start to finish. You'll be paired with a second engineer and travel from our Wellingborough head office to sites nationwide, primarily installing and fitting industrial doors.

Most projects are completed within the same day, with occasional overnight stays where required (all hotel, food, and drink expenses fully covered).

You will be the main point of contact on site, responsible for:

• Leading installations of roller shutters and sectional doors

• Working with SWS and Hörmann products

• Managing time effectively to ensure projects are delivered efficiently

• Liaising with the office regarding job progress and completion

• Completing job sheets and reporting any outstanding works or required parts

• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service

• £30,000 basic salary

• Productivity bonus on all jobs installed (OTE £45,000-£50,000)

• No emergency call-outs

• No on-call rota

• Monday-Friday only - no weekend work

• Proven experience as an Industrial Door Engineer

• Strong knowledge of SWS and Hörmann doors

• Experience installing roller shutters and sectional doors

• Blue Skilled CSCS card

• IPAF certification

• Full UK Driving Licence

• NVQ in Door Engineering (desirable but not essential)

• Confident communicator with the ability to lead on site
