Join us in a dynamic role where your expertise in industrial control systems will shine! Your day will revolve around managing complex Installation & Commissioning (I&C) projects while supporting regional teams. You will collaborate with diverse departments to optimise project methods, tools, planning, and training, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction. By leveraging your technical knowledge and leadership skills, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth installation and commissioning of control systems, significantly contributing to project success and client satisfaction.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Guide and lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver complex installation and commissioning (I&C) projects.
  • Support central and regional functions with planning, coordination, and implementation of control system upgrades, including developing detailed project schedules and managing I&C toolkits.
  • Review and assess customer agreements and delivery capability with regional teams to ensure readiness for effective I&C service execution.
  • Maintain alignment across stakeholders by driving clear communication strategies that help cross-functional teams understand project scope, specifications, and progress.
  • Resolve complex technical and operational challenges during I&C phases, managing scope changes and ensuring punch-list closure with customers.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Systems, or a related field
  • Proven experience in installing and commissioning industrial control systems, with a proven track record in project delivery
  • Strong technical knowledge of PLCs, SCADA systems, HMIs, and industrial communication protocols
  • Proficient in project management, including timeline development and resource coordination
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for navigating complex technical challenges.
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonisation. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonisation opportunities through service offerings, modernisation, and digitalisation of the fleet.
