Instagram & Tiktok Ambassador Program Manager

6-month Contract Hybrid (Europe-friendly time zone) Full time

The European Innovation Academy delivers immersive entrepreneurship programs that help university students turn ideas into high-growth start-ups. For our 2025 season we are launching a multi-country Student Ambassador initiative that will combine original content creation, peer-community building, and early-ticket sales for next year's programs.

As Ambassador Program Manager you will:

• Recruit and onboard a cohort of student ambassadors from our Portugal and Italy programs.
• Coach creators on short-form video storytelling: provide feedback, trend insights, and light editing guidance.
• Lead community operations -moderate WhatsApp groups, host a concise weekly check-in call, and sustain engagement through the autumn.
• Develop and schedule content strategy that aligns personal transformation stories with brand guidelines and seasonal milestones.
• Coordinate lead-generation and sales tactics : oversee Typeform/CRM workflows, collaborate with Admissions on information calls, and implement incentive campaigns.
• Monitor performance (reach, engagement, lead flow) and adjust tactics; summarise progress for the marketing team.
• Manage small-scale gamification and prize budgets to keep ambassadors motivated over five months.

• Professional experience in community management or influencer / creator programs (typically 3-5 years).
• Demonstrated ability to guide TikTok and Instagram Reels production-from concept to publication-while upholding brand standards.
• Comfortable working with basic marketing-automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zapier, Typeform or equivalents).
• Strong grasp of lead-generation principles and how social content funnels into sales conversations.
• Organised, deadline-driven project manager who documents processes and communicates clearly across teams.
• Confident group facilitator able to energise a Gen-Z audience yet converse professionally with internal stakeholders.
• Professional written and spoken English.
• Possibility to travel to Porto and Rome in July-August 2025.
