Inspiring Supported Living Service Manager

Lifeways is seeking a Service Manager to oversee our supported living services in Barnsley. You will lead a small group of dwellings for individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs, supported by an Area Manager and Regional Director.

You will drive quality, safety and continuous improvement, building strong relationships with staff, families and communities while supporting people to live with independence, dignity, and purpose in their own homes.
