Inspiring Deputy Headteacher & SENDCo - Inclusion Leader

New Milton Infant School is seeking an exceptional Deputy Headteacher and SENDCo to join our Senior Leadership Team. You will lead inclusion across the school, champion the needs of pupils with SEND and other vulnerable learners, and shape the next stage of our improvement.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will maintain a strong classroom presence, deliver high quality teaching, and build meaningful relationships with children and families, staff and external partners.
