This established team is seeking an Insolvency Solicitor with experience across both contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters, covering corporate and personal insolvency. You will manage a varied caseload for an interesting client base, advising individuals, SMEs, larger national and international organisations and insolvency practitioners. The role will involve advising on a broad range of insolvency related matters, with strong technical expertise in corporate restructuring and advisory work particularly valued. The firm is keen to hear from Insolvency Solicitors with between 1-10 PQE who have gained experience handling both contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical knowledge across corporate and personal insolvency, together with experience advising a diverse client base.
