Insolvency Solicitor 2-4 PQE Hertfordshire £50,000-£65,000 DOE
The RoleJoin a Legal 500 ranked insolvency team that manages both contentious and non contentious restructuring matters. You will advise insolvency practitioners, secured lenders, directors, and businesses on a broad range of insolvency issues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a varied caseload of corporate and personal insolvency, administration appointments, insolvency litigation, court applications, property related insolvency transactions, and advisory work.
- Contributing to business development initiatives and supporting junior colleagues.
- Playing an active role in the continued growth of the practice.
Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors with 2-4 years' PQE and solid experience in insolvency law.
- Experience advising on corporate and personal insolvency matters.
- Strong commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to resolving complex issues.
- Confidence managing own caseload, building strong client relationships, and working collaboratively within a busy, supportive team.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and business development skills.
