THE ROLE:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Insolvency Solicitor to join a highly regarded Legal 500-ranked Insolvency team. Recognised for its expertise in both contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters, the team advises an impressive client base including insolvency practitioners, secured lenders, directors, and businesses on a broad range of restructuring and insolvency issues.
You will manage a varied caseload including corporate and personal insolvency, administration appointments, insolvency litigation, court applications, property-related insolvency transactions, and advisory work. You will also contribute to business development initiatives, support junior colleagues, and play an active role in the continued growth of the practice.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with between 2-4 years' PQE and solid experience in insolvency law. You will have experience advising on both corporate and personal insolvency matters, together with strong commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to resolving complex issues. The successful candidate will be confident managing their own caseload, building strong client relationships, and working collaboratively within a busy and supportive team. Excellent communication, organisational and business development skills will be highly regarded.
