- Handle a diverse caseload of insolvency-related disputes, including contentious matters.
- Advise clients on insolvency law, litigation strategies, and risk management.

- Collaborate with other legal departments to ensure seamless case management.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and liaise with external counsel as required.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.

A successful Insolvency Litigation Associate should have:
