The Team

The Insolvency & Dispute Resolution team advises a broad range of clients, including businesses, directors, insolvency practitioners, and creditors. The team handles a diverse caseload spanning commercial litigation and insolvency matters, combining technical expertise with a pragmatic, commercially focused approach.

Work includes contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership issues, regulatory matters, debt recovery, and insolvency-related advice such as restructuring, recoveries, and formal insolvency procedures.

The Role
  • Managing your own caseload of insolvency and dispute resolution matters
  • Assisting senior lawyers and partners on more complex cases
  • Advising clients on a range of commercial and civil disputes
  • Supporting clients through insolvency-related issues and processes
  • Contributing to the overall performance and profitability of the team
  • Delivering a high standard of client care and maintaining strong client relationships
About You
  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (or equivalent), ideally at a junior level
  • Interest in insolvency and dispute resolution work
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Commercial awareness and a practical, solutions-focused approach
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
