Be-Resourcing are supporting a well-established professional services firm in their search for an experienced Insolvency Administrator to join its restructuring and case-management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take on meaningful responsibility within a stable, supportive environment that values accuracy, organisation, and a proactive approach to workload management.
You will work across a varied portfolio ofinsolvency cases, with opportunities to support on selected personal matters. The role is hands-on and suited to someone who enjoys structured processes, problem-solving and regular interaction with multiple stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the realisation of assets in line with case requirements
- Communicating with creditors and responding to queries clearly and professionally
- Liaising with banks and financial institutions to obtain essential information
- Supporting employees through claims processes and sensitive correspondence
- Preparing and submitting statutory documentation and required returns
- Handling incoming stakeholder enquiries and providing accurate, timely updates
- Ensuring all administrative and procedural tasks are completed to a high standard
We are looking for someone who brings:
- 2-3 years of experience in an insolvency or restructuring role
- Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to case management
- Confidence working independently and prioritising a busy workload
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Competence with standard office IT systems (specific insolvency software training can be provided)
- A proactive, steady, team-focused attitude.
