Portfolio Group in Dublin is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Team Leader to inspire and drive performance within a brand-new Dublin operation. You will lead a team of sales professionals, set targets, monitor quality, and foster a culture of high engagement.

Reporting to the Director of Inside Sales, you'll recruit, onboard, coach and optimise sales processes, analyse KPIs and call quality, and shape strategies that boost revenue while delivering excellent customer engagement.
