The Inside Sales Supervise the activities of all Inside Sales Representatives as well as Pricing Specialists. Develops service policies, account procedures to ensure consistent client service and satisfaction. Compile and gather data for QBR's and KPI reporting. Engages in competitive intelligence, collects and analyzes information on market trends and conditions, gauges anticipated demand, and uses the information to recommend pricing strategies.
Essential Job Functions:
- Build relationships with Crane Worldwide's potential and existing customers.
- Research different business profiles and become familiar with the Company's B2B sales.
- Coordinate with different departments on lead initiatives.
- Monitor competitors' product, including relevant sales and marketing data.
- Use available data to accurately forecast sales and set appropriate performance goals with the Operations Manager.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients, including negotiating and closing on major contracts.
- Maintain your existing client base and simultaneously prospect for new clients and opportunities.
- Collects competitive intelligence, analyzes information on market trends and conditions and gauges anticipated demand.
- Evaluate financial impact of price approach in view of overall history as well as profitability of customer.
- Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education required:
- 3 years Supervising or leading small group of employees preferred.
- 4 years Freight forwarding experience with extensive knowledge in Air and Ocean Freight, Domestic Transportation Modes and Logistic Sales.
Physical Requirements:
- Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment.
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
- Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Leadership skills with ability to teach and help others professionally.
- Strategic thinking skills with strong business analytic skills.
- Must have very strong computer skills associated with the utilization of Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Project.
- Other software skills as needed such as Visio, Access, Outlook etc.
