About the Role:

As a Tender Engineer, you'll be responsible for arranging and putting together proposals, understanding technical solutions, and helping commercialize them. While you won't design engineering solutions, a genuine interest in how they work is essential. This role offers the opportunity to grow into external sales and take on more client-facing responsibilities.

What We're Looking For

• Technical background is a plus but not essential-willingness to learn and a proactive mindset matter most
• Desire and potential to grow into an external sales role
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, structured, and common-sense approach
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously (typically 3 weeks per project)
• Fluent in English (85% of work); French or Dutch skills are a bonus
• Any experience level considered-enthusiasm and willingness to grow are valued
