Inside Sales Manager - BDR Leader & Pipeline Growth

Exclusive Networks Ireland in Dublin seeks an Inside Sales Manager to lead the sales development organisation and drive pipeline growth. You will manage a team of about 7 BDRs, set business development strategy, and oversee outbound demand generation across regions.

You will own forecasting, territory planning and KPI reporting, while coaching for performance. Collaboration with vendor specialists, marketing and partner managers accelerates pipeline and services opportunities.
