Inpatient Unit Service Lead - Palliative Care

Bolton Hospice is seeking an inspirational Service Lead for the 16-bed Inpatient Unit in Bolton. The post combines strategic service development with hands-on clinical leadership, guiding a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding patient care and family support.

The role requires an experienced Registered Nurse with post-registration leadership experience, strong governance knowledge and a commitment to continuous improvement. Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Band 7 (£49,387-£55,515 p.a.).
