CubeMatch is seeking an experienced and hands on Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic technology initiatives across multiple technical domains. The role will be responsible for driving a well funded programme with established strategy and budget, working closely with Engineering teams and senior executive stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
The successful candidate will possess strong technical acumen, be comfortable operating across diverse technology stacks, and have the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for Executive Committee (ExCo) audiences. This role will focus on critical technology transformation initiatives, including Tokenisation and Quantum Resilience, while ensuring delivery excellence, governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end to end delivery of strategic technology programmes, ensuring alignment with business objectives, approved budgets, and delivery timelines.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Product teams to drive technical solutions across multiple technology stacks.
- Act as the primary interface between technical delivery teams and Executive Committee (ExCo) stakeholders, providing regular programme updates, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.
- Manage programme governance, reporting, RAID logs, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
- Drive the implementation of Tokenisation initiatives to support data protection, privacy, and security objectives.
- Lead and coordinate Quantum Resilience programmes, ensuring organisational readiness for emerging cryptographic and cybersecurity challenges.
- Facilitate technical decision making by challenging assumptions, reviewing solution designs, and supporting architecture discussions.
- Ensure delivery risks, technical debt, security considerations, and operational impacts are identified and managed effectively.
- Collaborate with vendors, internal technology teams, and business stakeholders to achieve programme outcomes.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager delivering complex enterprise technology programmes.
- Strong understanding of software engineering, infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience working across multiple technology stacks and integrating cross functional technical teams.
- Demonstrable experience managing executive level stakeholders, including regular engagement with ExCo, C suite, or senior leadership teams.
- Strong knowledge of programme governance, delivery frameworks, risk management, and financial oversight.
- Hands on technical background with the ability to challenge, review, and contribute to technical solutions and architectural decisions.
- Experience delivering security focused programmes, including Tokenisation, Data Protection, Encryption, Identity Management, or Cyber Security initiatives.
