Innovation Portfolio Lead Governance & Delivery

Freeths LLP is seeking an Innovation Portfolio & Operations Lead to own the firm's innovation pipeline across the Service Innovation Studio and Legal AI Lab. You will coordinate governance, intake, triage, and reporting to ensure disciplined progression and clear handovers to wider delivery structures.

With 3+ years in portfolio coordination or PMO roles in complex organisations, you will balance structured processes with flexible collaboration, linking demand, design and delivery across
