Innovation & IP Strategy Leader

OQC in Reading is seeking a Head of IP & Innovation to own day-to-day management of our IP portfolio, shape strategy and governance, and collaborate with scientists, engineers and commercial teams to protect groundbreaking quantum technologies.

You will drive invention disclosures, oversee trade secrets, and align IP with business goals, enabling partnerships, fundraising, and international programmes while building an IP-first culture across the company.
