Innovation & Commercialisation Lead - Speed to Market

PepsiCo UK is seeking a Commercialisation Manager to own the delivery of innovation from concept to launch across UK Foods. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage Horizon 1 projects, and ensure flawless execution aligned with the PEP+ agenda.

You will partner with Marketing, Insights, Supply Chain, and Finance to accelerate speed to market, balance risk and value, and build best-in-class processes and governance.
