Your New Job:

As an Injection Moulding Technician, you'll be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of automated machines, with a focus on troubleshooting, process improvements, and ensuring top quality output. This is a full time, permanent role with standard hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee start up, shutdown, and troubleshooting of automated machinery
• Diagnose faults across control systems and production equipment
• Carry out both planned and reactive maintenance tasks
• Contribute to continuous improvement and new product introduction projects
• Monitor equipment performance and resolve processing issues
• Ensure compliance with quality and GMP standards
• Maintain a safe, organised work environment
• Complete technical documentation and reports with accuracy

What Are We Looking For?

• At least 5 years' experience as an Injection Moulding Technician or in a similar role
• Background in high volume manufacturing settings
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems
• Practical, hands on approach to problem solving
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
