  • Acting as a technical escalation point and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Supporting infrastructure elements of projects and client transitions.
  • Maintaining service levels and contributing to operational excellence.
  • Creating clear documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Coaching and mentoring colleagues in your areas of expertise.

What you'll bring:

  • Strong experience in infrastructure support-covering Windows Server, Active Directory, SCCM, networking, and cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), scripting (PowerShell, Bash), and backup technologies.
  • A methodical troubleshooting approach and solid understanding of security principles.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
  • Certifications such as MCSE, VCP, CCNA, or Azure equivalents-or equivalent hands-on experience.

Bonus points if you've worked with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet, or have experience in multi-cloud environments.

What we offer:

  • Training through our Littlefish Academy, with potential earnings increase of £4,500.
  • Referral bonus of £1,000 for successful referrals.
  • Access to LinkedIn Learning with over 16,000 tutorials.
  • Healthcare cash plan including online GP, 24/7 counsellors, and cashback on healthcare.
  • Casual dress policy.
  • Company pension scheme.
  • Company social events.
  • 25 days annual leave plus public holidays.
  • Purchase and sale of annual leave scheme.
