Job details

Salary £25,947 to £27,204 per annum (pro rata if part time)

To work with the Information Management Unit supporting the Information Security Team, reporting to the Information Security and Compliance Team Leader.

The postholder will assist with the development and maintenance of policies, standards and guidance. The role will support the administration and monitoring of Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), assist with the Force's security assessment processes, and undertake research into emerging technologies, information governance developments, cyber security trends and artificial intelligence, contributing to horizon scanning, continuous improvement and innovation activities across the Information Management Unit.

Key Skills & Experience Required

The ability to work collaboratively in a team developing effective working relationships. The ability to gather accurate information by conducting research and making enquiries with departments across the force. Please refer to the Person Specification for full details.

Vetting Level - Management - you must have resided in the UK for at least the last 5 years, with less than 12 months spent abroad (some exceptions for those living on a UK military base).
