In this post, you will be helping to support some of the most vulnerable children and young people across the City, by supporting our Family Help and Protection Quality Assurance Programme.

This job would be offered as fixed term to external applicants.

This role is available as a secondment to internal applicants in line with our secondment policy.   • Process and manage data relating to Family Help and Protection.
  • Support other staff to improve the quality and consistency of recording.
  • Use a number of information systems to record and report on a wide range of information about families and young people across the city, including Microsoft Excel, Power BI and our case management system (Eclipse), and other proprietary systems.
  • Contribute to providing guidance and instruction to support information system use within Family Help and Protection.
  • Methodical and organised, with good attention to detail.
  • Confident with using databases and spreadsheets.
  • Used to working with a variety of information systems.
  • Able to communicate well with practitioners, including those with different levels of IT skills.

Additional information

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
