Infor M3 specialist- Contract-to-perm positions- 50% onsite, 50% remote with travel through Europe
We are currently looking for an experienced Infor M3 ERP Consultant to support one of our clients with a key operational project focused on manufacturing, warehousing, QC, and distribution. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience working with Infor M3 in real operational environments (not just implementations), and a proven ability to drive change, improve processes, and manage cross-functional ERP adoption in multinational settings.
Role: Infor M3 ERP Consultant - Manufacturing & Operations
Location: Remote (EU-based) - occasional on-site travel may be required
Contract Type: Contract- to- Perm
Duration: 12 + months (permanent contract afterwards)
Rate: discussed by phone
Profile:
- Strong functional experience with Infor M3 ERP, particularly in manufacturing, warehousing, QC, and distribution
- Background in real-world operations, not just IT/implementation consulting
- Understanding of ERP processes across global, multi-site organisations
- Able to challenge the status quo, influence stakeholders, and push for results in change-resistant environments
- Experience with other ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) is a plus
- Fluent in English and based in the EU
