OverviewPublicis Groupe is seeking an Influencer Strategy Manager to join our bespoke agency team for a globally recognized client known for its iconic brands across Snacking, Petcare, and Food & Nutrition.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the marketing transformation journey for household-name brands - combining creativity, data, and technology within Publicis' Power of One model, which unites media, production, data & tech, social, influencer, and commerce to create truly integrated PESO experiences.
You will play a key role in developing and delivering influencer strategies for our Petcare portfolio, driving creative excellence and measurable impact across markets.

ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Tactical Leadership
- Develop tactical influencer strategies for Petcare (Cat) brands, aligned to client business and marketing objectives.
- Contribute to the AEP/ICP processes with data-informed strategic input in collaboration with the Strategy Director.
- Translate client briefs into innovative, insight-led influencer and content activations that drive measurable results.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee day-to-day workflow across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic direction.
- Partner with the Influencer Activation and Media teams to ensure influencer and paid social activity are fully integrated.
- Maintain high-quality standards across all outputs and ensure alignment with brand tone and audience insights.
Insight & Innovation
- Lead research into influencer and content trends, identifying opportunities for creative differentiation.
- Use data analysis, social listening, benchmarking, and auditing to strengthen recommendations and demonstrate ROI.
- Participate in ideation sessions - turning strong conceptual ideas into actionable campaign strategies.
Collaboration & Growth
- Work closely with the Insights Analyst to translate data into actionable creative and strategic insights.
- Contribute to new business and organic growth pitches, bringing strategic thinking and social expertise to proposals.
- Manage and mentor 1-2 Executives/Graduates, providing structured feedback, support, and development opportunities.
- Strong strategic and creative mindset - a confident writer, listener, and storyteller.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, ideally within an agency or integrated media environment.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with tight timelines.
- Deep understanding of digital and social media ecosystems and how influencer marketing drives brand performance.
- Experience using analytics tools and metrics to measure content effectiveness.
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with experience managing and developing junior team members.
- Passion for influencer culture and social-first creativity.
