Typical Day

• Snuggles, smiles, and yes the occasional outfit change (yours and theirs)

• Talking, singing, and engaging-even when they can't talk back yet
• Building strong relationships with families (this one matters A LOT)

Qualifications

• Minimum of a CDA (Associate's in Early Childhood preferred)
• CPR & First Aid Certified (we'll provide if needed)
• Bloodborne Pathogen Training before starting (provided if needed)
• Love for teaching and strong commitment
• Ability to plan, organize, and implement program activities
• Strong communication skills
• Team player mindset
