This position will be located at our Signy Facility (Grens, VD) and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

• Execute industrialization activities from A to Z on existing or new Line / equipment / Process
• Full Manufacturing line / equipment / process set-up including routing, work Instruction, standard work, maintainability, EHS compliance, process validation and equipment qualification, risk analysis (pFMEA)
• Support Manufacturing Routine / Production when expertise needed on quality issue or others SOS risk and take ownership on long term actions
• URS preparation in collaboration with process owner
• Accountable on planning execution for the scope identified by the project
• Communicate, interface and collaborate with associate from all functions (MPL, QC, QA, Production, Manufacturing Routine, Maintenance, R&D, EHS)
• Full Change control Management: redaction and follow-up until closure
• Identify and understand new technology / equipment needed to improve Core Value Driver and prepare Business plan
• Acquire and develop technical expertise for onsite existing technology to insure site Business Continuity
• Design for liability SME Manufacturing (NPD, Product Care)
• Manage smooth handover of Equipment / Process to Manufacturing Engineer Routine / Production until standard are reached

Who you are:

• Master's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related technical degree or High School diploma with significant experience in production, engineering
• 2 to 5 years experiences in an equivalent position
• Demonstrated ability to identify & implement best practices
• Rigorous, proactive, flexible, results oriented and motivated by achievement
• Experience of medical devices is preferred
• Previous Industrialization process / product experience is preferred
• Strong knowledge in qualification / validation activities (e.g. V-cycle)
• Fluent in French and English
