INDUSTRIALIZATION & PROCESS MECHANIC

Currently, for our headquarters located in Bienne, we are looking for our department: MECHANIC & PROCESS (M/F) Responsibilities: Ensure the feasibility of industrial solutions in terms of costs, volumes, and quality, ensuring their effectiveness and leading an active technological watch. Ensure the reliability and repeatability of production processes (flows, equipment, methods). Support the transfer to production: train teams, provide technical support, and ensure monitoring. Write machinability reports. Calculate costs (PRF). Master and implement CNC machining processes. Define and adjust production processes in collaboration with the methods office and the technical office to ensure optimal efficiency. Actively participate in product and process development projects. Conduct or supervise technical studies on existing products. Provide technical support to production lines, particularly within R&D projects. Ensure the locking of processes (process-locking). Produce prototype series while respecting technical and quality requirements. Define and manage new production means (machines, tools, devices). Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to develop or improve processes. Actively contribute to continuous improvement. Analyze cost structures for new products or processes. Skills: Federal Certificate of Proficiency (CFC) in Polymechanics, Micromechanics, or any equivalent qualification. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role in an industrial environment. Very good mastery of CNC (Gibbs and/or TopSolid) and knowledge of machine tools such as Willemin Macodel 508MT2 / Bumotec S191 or Citizen L12, M16. Ability to pass on knowledge pedagogically and a strong team spirit. Sense of rigor and autonomy. Analytical mindset and strong proposal-making ability.
