Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading Manufacturing / Engineering company, in their search for an Industrial spray painter to work in their leading facility in Whitchurch, Shropshire

For the successful Industrial spray painter, our client is offering:

• Competitive hourly rate of up to £14.44 per hour - (Overtime opportunities after 39 hours - Paid at time and a half)
• Day shifts Monday to Thursday, early finish Friday - 7.30 am-4.30 pm with a 12.30 pm finish on Fridays
• Temporary ongoing role, with the opportunity for a permanent position for the right candidate
• Full-time hours - 39 hours per week
• IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS / STARTS AVAILABLE

The Role - Industrial spray painter.

• Prepare and apply industrial coatings to surfaces requiring up to C3-C5 protection.
• Operate airless, air-assisted airless, and conventional pressure pot spray equipment.
• Mix and apply two-packpaints, including epoxy primers, ensuring durability and adhesion.
• Conduct surface preparation, masking, and finishing techniques.
• Inspect coatings for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and work in accordance with the company's health and safety procedures.
• Be highly motivated.
• Work effectively, ensuring the workplace is kept in a clean and orderly manner.

What our client is looking for in an Industrial spray painter:

• Proven experience as an Industrial Spray Painter.
• Experience using airless, air-assisted, and conventional pressure pot spray systems.
• Strong knowledge of two-pack paints and epoxy primers.
• Expertise in applying coatings to C3 to C5 environments.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and ensure precise application.
• Close attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
