Industrial Spray Painter

As an industrial spray painter, you will contribute to the high-quality finishing of metal products in our conservation department. Your role involves preparing surfaces, applying coatings with precision, and ensuring all products meet our quality standards. Working closely with a team of 20 professionals, you'll play an active part in maintaining our reputation for excellence while embracing opportunities for personal growth and development.

What You Will Do:

• Prepare: metal surfaces for blasting and coating processes, ensuring they are ready for treatment.
• Operate: spray painting equipment to apply coatings with accuracy and consistency.
• Inspect: finished products to ensure they meet quality and durability standards.
• Collaborate: with team members to optimize workflows and maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain: equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition for daily operations.

• Monthly salary between €3300 and €3600 gross, incl. Shift allowance.
• A permanent contract for job security and stability.
• Full-time employment (40 hours per week) in two shifts.
• 38 days off annually (25 vacation days + 13 ATV days).

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Spray Painter to join our dedicated team, contributing to the high-quality standards our clients expect.

• Experience with spray painting in an industrial environment.
• Familiarity with the schoopering process is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Dutch and/or English is required.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• MBO 3/4 education level in a relevant field.
