We are looking for an experienced Industrial Sales Director - EMEA to lead the commercial growth of our Industrial Safety business across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Reporting to the VP - Industrial Safety, this role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, developing strategic partnerships, and leading the execution of our regional sales strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused leader who enjoys building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and influencing business strategy within an international organisation.

Develop and execute the EMEA commercial strategy in line with global business objectives.

Drive profitable sales growth across direct customers, distributors, OEMs, and channel partners.

Identify and secure new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships.

Build and maintain strong executive level relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.

Lead sales forecasting, pipeline management, budgeting, pricing strategy, and commercial planning activities.

Provide market insight and customer feedback to support product development and go to market strategies.

Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to deliver customer focused solutions.

Lead, coach, and develop a high performing commercial team.

Represent Gentex at customer meetings, exhibitions, trade associations, and industry events.

Drive continuous improvement across commercial processes, performance, and market engagement.

Essential Requirements for the Industrial Sales Director

Significant senior sales or commercial leadership experience within industrial, manufacturing, technical, engineering, safety, PPE, defence, aerospace, or similarly regulated markets.

Proven track record of delivering profitable sales growth across international territories.

Experience managing distributor networks, channel partners, OEM relationships, and key accounts.

Strong commercial and financial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and margin management.

Experience developing and implementing strategic sales and market growth plans.

The Industrial Sales Director position is well suited to someone who:

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to influence at all levels, including executive leadership teams and key customers.

Strong analytical and data driven approach to decision making.

Experience working within a global or matrix organisation is advantageous.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Commercial Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
