Industrial Plant Operator - 24/7 Shift, Fuel Handling

Welland Operations is seeking a Plant Operator for their Birmingham Bio Power Energy Recovery Facility. This role involves supervising fuel unloading, loading operations, and basic plant maintenance within a three-person shift team.

The candidate will need to ensure compliance with health and safety policies while maintaining plant conditions. A flexible attitude and team working approach are key. Mobile plant operation experience is an advantage but not essential.
