THE ROLE
Our client is currently seeking to hire an HR Controller to be based in Pamplona. This role will be responsible for analyzing, controlling, and optimizing human resources processes and data, ensuring HR practices are aligned with the company's strategic goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- HR Data Analysis & Metrics: Collect, analyze, and evaluate HR-related data such as turnover, absenteeism, productivity, and employee engagement. Identify trends and patterns to support strategic decision-making.
- HR Budgeting & Planning: Contribute to the preparation of HR budgets and workforce plans aligned with business priorities.
- Implementation of HR Technologies & Tools: Evaluate, recommend, and lead the implementation of new technologies and tools to optimize HR management.
- Policy Compliance & Process Oversight: Ensure effective implementation and compliance with HR policies and procedures. Identify deviations or gaps and propose corrective actions.
- HR Program Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of HR programs (recruitment, onboarding, training, development) and recommend improvements.
- Organizational Alignment & Efficiency: Coordinate HR activities with other departments, optimizing the organizational structure, task distribution, and work processes to improve efficiency.
- Executive Support: Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting HR performance and improvement areas. Provide strategic HR insights and recommendations.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering, with a Master's in Human Resources.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR, finance, or data analysis roles.
- Proven experience working with HR management systems, preferably Workday.
- Intermediate level of English is required.
