Industrial Doors Engineer - North East Region
£15 - £21 per hour + Overtime + Company Van
Full-Time Permanent No Regular Overnights

We are currently seeking a skilled Industrial Doors Engineer to join our team, covering the North East region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in the industrial doors sector. ️ Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance, servicing, fault-finding, and repairs of:
  • Roller Shutters
  • Sectional Doors
  • High-Speed Doors
  • Loading Bay Equipment
  • Dock Levellers
• Occasional installations (not essential - we have a dedicated install engineer)
• Working independently across the North East region
• Minimal overnight stays (occasional flexibility appreciated)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in industrial doors (training not provided)
• Full UK Driving Licence (or equivalent)
• Strong fault-finding and repair skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

Desirable Qualifications

• DHF Door Diploma
• NVQ Level 2 (Industrial Doors)
• Electrical 18th Edition Regulations (highly beneficial)
• DHF Gate Diploma (if gates are part of your skillset)
• CSCS Skilled Worker
• IPAF
• Health & Safety training (Manual Handling, Working at Heights, Asbestos Awareness, etc.)
