OVERVIEW:
• Manage a varied caseload of Industrial Disease claims from inception through to conclusion.
• Deliver clear, practical legal advice while ensuring exceptional standards of client care.
• Ensure compliance with statutory legislation, the Civil Procedure Rules and relevant case law.
• Manage competing deadlines and achieve billing targets within a performance driven environment.
• Suitable for Lawyers with a minimum of 3 years' experience handling Industrial Disease claims.
• Proven ability to manage files independently from start to finish.
• Strong litigation experience and technical knowledge of Industrial Disease matters are essential.
• Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills required.
• Strong attention to detail with a sound understanding of compliance requirements, professional conduct and accounts rules.
• Collaborative team player with a professional, proactive and client focused approach.
