Industrial Controller - Manufacturing Sector/ Luxury

Position Overview:

The Industrial Controller will report to the Management Control Manager within the Administration, Finance & Control Department. This role will be responsible for supporting industrial management control activities, developing key operational KPIs, and sharing insights with production and operations leaders to support performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts
• Conduct month-end closing activities and variance analyses
• Manage cost control processes and calculate transfer prices
• Monitor production performance and develop performance indicators (KPIs)
• Analyze and control stock levels, supporting effective inventory planning
• Prevent and manage slow-moving and obsolete inventory
• Prepare monthly analyses for management reporting
• Participate in internal control activities as required by corporate governance
• Provide ad hoc financial analyses and reports to General Management and Finance Candidate

Profile:

• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields
• 3-5 years of experience in management control, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities
• Structured thinking, with solid numerical and logical reasoning
• Genuine interest in craftsmanship and sensitivity to the fashion/luxury goods sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French is considered a plus
