Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Industrial Architect for New development (f/m) to join our Single Aisle Supplier activities team based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing Single Aisle Supplier activities. As part of the Cabin Supplier Interface Team, you will be involved in managing supplier relationships and performance aiming at securing Aircraft deliveries on time and with quality.

Your challenges:
  • Monitor and manage supplier performance against key indicators (On-Time Delivery, Quality).
  • Act as the primary interface between internal teams (Engineering, Quality, Procurement) and suppliers to resolve operational issues.
  • Lead root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions for supplier non-conformances.
  • Participate in supplier audits and contribute to the selection and qualification process of new suppliers.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supplier base to enhance quality and efficiency.


Your boarding pass:
  • Master degree in Business School, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical expertise in relevant tools, frameworks, and regulations (e.g., aerospace quality standards, project management methodologies).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
