Indian Cuisine Chef de Partie - Night Shift, Luxury Kitchen

DO&CO London is seeking an Indian Specialist Cuisine Chef to support the Executive Chef Team and oversee the preparation and production of authentic Indian dishes for high-end service. You will lead the kitchen team, ensuring quality, presentation and consistency while coaching staff to uphold our standards.

This on-site role includes night shifts, with opportunities for menu development, cost control and training.
